1. General Terms

1.1. These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by PrintCafe.
1.2. PrintCafe reserves the right to update, modify, or change any part of these terms at any time without prior notice.
1.3. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.


2. Orders & Approval

2.1. All design and print orders must be confirmed in writing (email, message, or signed approval).
2.2. Clients are responsible for verifying all details in the final proof, including spelling, colors, layout, and sizes.
2.3. Once a proof is approved, PrintCafe is not liable for any errors or omissions found afterward.
2.4. PrintCafe may refuse orders that contain offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.


3. Payment Terms

3.1. A 50% advance payment is required to begin any design or print project unless otherwise agreed.
3.2. Remaining balance must be paid before final delivery or shipment.
3.3. All prices are subject to change without notice due to material or market fluctuations.
3.4. Payments are non-refundable once production has started.


4. Turnaround Time

4.1. Delivery times vary depending on the type of service, quantity, and design complexity.
4.2. Estimated timelines are provided but are not guaranteed due to possible external factors.
4.3. Rush orders may incur additional fees.


5. Printing & Color Disclaimer

5.1. Colors displayed on screens may vary from actual print results due to monitor settings, calibration, and printing processes.
5.2. Slight variations in color, texture, or paper quality are normal and not considered defects.
5.3. PrintCafe is not responsible for delays or issues caused by low-quality artwork files provided by the client.


6. Design Rights & Usage

6.1. All original designs created by PrintCafe remain the intellectual property of PrintCafe unless purchased by the client.
6.2. Clients receive usage rights for their purchased designs but may not resell or transfer them without permission.
6.3. PrintCafe may showcase completed work in its portfolio, marketing materials, or social media unless the client requests confidentiality.


7. Digital Marketing Services

7.1. Results (SEO ranking, engagement, ROI, etc.) are not guaranteed due to constantly changing digital algorithms and external factors.
7.2. PrintCafe is not responsible for damages caused by third-party platforms (Meta, Google, etc.).


8. Delivery & Shipping

8.1. Delivery charges apply unless otherwise mentioned.
8.2. PrintCafe is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, transport issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
8.3. Damaged packages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.


9. Cancellations & Refunds

9.1. Design service cancellations made before any work begins may be eligible for partial refunds.
9.2. Printing orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
9.3. Refunds are not provided for custom-made items unless there is a proven manufacturing defect.


10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. PrintCafe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages caused by the use of our services.
10.2. Maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service or product.


11. Privacy & Confidentiality

11.1. Client information is kept confidential and used only for service-related communication.
11.2. PrintCafe does not share client data with third parties, except when required by law.


12. Governing Law

12.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by local business and legal regulations applicable in the region where PrintCafe operates.
